DBT Skills Groups now open!
We are excited to announce the start of 2 outpatient DBT Skills Groups with a focus on integrating DBT skills into daily life. These groups are perfect for clients who have completed IOP and need a little extra support, or anyone who's struggling with emotion regulation or impulsivity. Groups are appropriate for clients who have been in DBT treatment before and for those who are new to DBT.
Who: Groups led by Elle Michel, LMFT, and Lydia Kosinar, LMFT
Where: all groups are currently meeting via Zoom
When: Tuesdays 6-7:30pm & Thursdays from 3:30-5pm
Cost: $135 per 90 minute session
