I am not in-network with any insurance companies, but if you have PPO health insurance you may be eligible for reimbursement for the cost of therapy. If you are eligible for reimbursement, I will provide you with a form called a suberbill that you can submit to your health insurance company to obtain reimbursement. I also do reserve a percentage of my openings for clients who qualify for a sliding scale rate.

I accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and checks.
Call your insurance company and ask the following questions:
- What are my mental health benefits?
- What are my benefits for seeing an out-of-network provider?
- What percentage of the cost of each therapy session will I be reimbursed for, and up to what amount per session?
- Is there a limit to the number of therapy sessions per year my plan covers?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
I offer free phone coaching to all my clients. This means that if you need support in between therapy sessions, you can call or text me to check in, and I will call or text you back and offer personalized support to help you get through whatever difficulty you are facing. My clients find this service to be invaluable and often cite phone coaching as a major contributing factor to their ability to achieve wellness.
